Legacy Homes of KC, a division of PJB Construction LLC, is a family owned business that has been in existence for over 30 years. We have built homes in Saint Joseph, Platte City, Smithville, Cameron, Parkville, Basehor, Weston and other surrounding areas. Located in Camden Point, MO, this custom build is located on private land and a floor plan found by the homeowners. Together, we tweaked the plan to create a farmhouse style home with a timeless design that looks like it has been sitting on the hill for 100 years. Chunky cedar posts and shutters, green shingles, an antique cupola and over grouted joints for the chimney - and that’s JUST the outside.
